Booking & Inquiry Disclosure
This page explains what happens when you submit a form, request a quote, or ask about availability through this website.
What your submission means
Submitting an inquiry or trip request does not create a confirmed reservation, contract, or guaranteed rate. Your request is a non-binding inquiry unless and until availability, pricing, traveler details, and any required payment or deposit are confirmed in writing.
Availability and pricing
Listings, itineraries, lodging, farm visits, tastings, transportation, and related activities are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Advertised or quoted prices may exclude taxes, cleaning fees, processing fees, service charges, gratuities, deposits, optional add-ons, or supplier-imposed charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Before you commit
Before any booking is finalized, you should receive the material terms that apply to your request, which may include payment timing, deposit requirements, cancellation or change terms, minimum-stay rules, occupancy limits, seasonal restrictions, accessibility limitations, supplier rules, and expected fulfillment timing for any paid reservation or package.
Referrals and third-party suppliers
Some inquiries may involve third-party hosts, activity providers, transportation partners, or other suppliers. If your request is referred, routed, or fulfilled by a third party, final availability, pricing, and operating terms may be set by that supplier and should be reviewed before payment.
Advertising and disclosure standards
Material information about offers, fees, limits, endorsements, rankings, and service conditions must be presented clearly and truthfully under the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a), Dot Com Disclosures: How to Make Effective Disclosures in Digital Advertising, Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 C.F.R. Part 255. If payment is accepted online, advertised fulfillment timing and delay handling must remain consistent with the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435.
