Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Thrombolitew and the website thrombolitew.info. Thrombolitew provides travel-planning, concierge, and lead-generation services for agritourism experiences. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific offer, we are not the owner or operator of any farm, lodging, venue, attraction, transportation service, or activity provider.

1. Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form, availability request, or itinerary inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Reservations are confirmed only when you receive written confirmation with the material terms. Availability, pricing, participation limits, blackout dates, and provider terms may change before confirmation.

2. Pricing and third-party terms

Displayed rates, package examples, and estimates are informational unless marked as final. Taxes, service fees, processing charges, gratuities, shipping for gift items, and provider-imposed fees may apply and will be disclosed before you commit where required. Third-party operators may require separate waivers, cancellation rules, house policies, and age or safety restrictions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and not interfere with the site, submit misleading inquiries, scrape content, or misuse contact tools. We may suspend access or decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

4. Content and rankings

Descriptions, rankings, recommendations, and editorial selections are based on the information available at the time of publication and may include sponsored placements or referral relationships when disclosed. Testimonials and endorsements reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees.

5. AI-assisted tools

Some itinerary suggestions, summaries, or support responses may be generated or assisted by automated tools. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it for travel, safety, accessibility, dietary, or legal decisions.

6. Payments, fulfillment, and cancellations

If we accept payment for a reservation, package, gift card, or merchandise item, fulfillment timing and any delay, substitution, cancellation, or refund rights will be stated in the offer or checkout flow. Refund eligibility may depend on third-party provider terms unless otherwise stated by us.

7. Disclaimer and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or the performance of third-party providers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, travel disruptions, provider actions, weather, biosecurity restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.
